More than a decade ago, Rob Squire founded Inventio Communications to focus on the art of content invention. That's the disciplined, strategic process communicators use to find relevant subjects, explore ideas and arguments, and frame insights to inform and motivate audiences. Inventio has developed thought leadership articles, corporate reports, executive speeches, branding and messaging strategies, and digital communications for organizations of all sizes—including some of North America's leading corporations.
Value. Inventio combines extensive professional training with years of demanding agency work serving some of North America's top executives and corporations. We draw on insights gained from thousands of projects—and hundreds of relationships—to tackle tough assignments and anticipate and address contingencies along the way.

Awards & Recognition. Our greatest reward is the recognition we receive from our clients and their organizations when projects meet their strategic objectives and impact their key audiences. But our work is also highly visible, and it attracts the attention of communications experts around the world. In 1998 Rob won a Gold Quill Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for a "brand voice" trainingå program he developed and executed for Ameritech. He has also won multiple industry awards for his annual report work, most recently for Allstate, Private Bancorp and Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2012 he won the "Best of Chairman's Letter" award at the International ARC Awards annual report competition.
